We met with John Bostick, Senior Librarian for Florida's Southshore Regional Library. John is going to order the book and asked if I could do a talk at the library in 2009.

Barbara explores Panama.  "It's a jungle out there,"she said. Actually, it wasn't all that far from civilization; they were filming a new James Bond movie nearby.
In addition to providing info for the book, Bill and wife Pat were gracious hosts.
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines executive Dennis Sciortino places Master Detective in the ship's library of the Brilliance of the Seas. No, red shirts were not required on the cruise.  Let's see- 2300 passengers and a new cruise every week... that's a lot of potential readers.
A few days later on Grand Cayman, on the other hand, this guy showed absolutely no interest in Master Detective at all. I guess he preferred Steven King books, or possibly H.P. Lovecraft.
March 1, 2008-      Book presentation to Royal Caribbean Cruise lines on Brilliance of the Seas cruise to Aruba, Panama, Costa Rica, and Grand Cayman
No DNA?-No Problem!  DeadlyInk attendees hear about how real life crimes were solved without DNA or fingerprints. Clues included coffee stains, seeds, and a greasy pair of old overalls.
(Not to mention Marco Polo.)

June 20-22, 2008-    DeadyInk Mystery Writers Conference  Parsippany, N.J.
Mystery fans; highly intelligent, sophisticated, and good looking. (But they bought Master Detective anyway.)
Over 80 people atended...and not one was in the Witness Protection Program!
Some of the many literary residents of Easton Club East.
"Well, no; I'm pretty sure that Ellis Island was not named after Ellis Parker."
